Porter Fine Arts Building, built in 1939, is the home of the Department of Music and Theatre. Max Noah Recital Hall, faculty offices, classrooms, the piano lab, and the Music Technology lab are located in this building.

CONNECTING WHAT MATTERS

Built in 1937, Porter Hall was largely financed by the United States Public Works Administration. It was named for Louisa Porter Minis of Savannah, Georgia who provided part of the building cost.
