Bulletin Boards
The departmental bulletin boards, which are located outside Porter 215, are for official notices only. It is the responsibility of all students involved in music studies to read the departmental bulletin boards each school day for important notices and signups. Often this is the only notice you will have of important events and actions. Any notices to be placed on departmental bulletin boards must be given to a secretary for approval. NO ITEMS MAY BE PLACED ON THE WALL, DOORS, WINDOWS, ETC. The cork panels lining the student lounge are for student use and notification of job opportunities. Messages for faculty members should be given to the secretaries for placement in the appropriate mailbox or sent via e-mail.
