University Chorus
The Georgia College Chorus is a non-auditioned choral organization open to any Georgia College student, faculty or staff. This unique organization is divided into the University Chorus Men and the University Chorus Women, each studying and performing a variety of choral literature appropriate to the particular voicings. The two groups combine to perform mixed choral literature as well. Prior choral experience is preferred, but not required. Students receive one hour credit per semester for participation.

Max Noah Singers
Named for the former choral director and department chair, Dr. Max Stephen Noah, this group is a select ensemble dedicated to the study of advanced choral chamber literature ranging from madrigals and motets to the avant garde. This group is open to GCSU student by audition only. Auditions are held prior to fall semester. In addition to the annual concerts, the New Max Noah Singers travel on tour each spring. Students selected receive one hour credit per semester for participation.
A non-auditioned ensemble that performs literature appropriate for women's voices. This group is designed to give beginning singers an opportunity to develop their natural singing talents as well as to challenge the more experienced singers. Students receive one hour credit per semester for participation.
Music Theater Scenes
An auditioned class that explores scenes from music theater and/or opera. Students receive one hour credit per semester for participation.
