Pre-Nursing Residential Learning Community
Program Overview
The Pre-Nursing Residential Learning Community (RLC) offers incoming freshmen majoring in Pre-Nursing the opportunity to live, network and study together. Activities sponsored by the School of Nursing acquaint students in the program with faculty and staff, as well as critical issues related to the field. The Pre-Nursing Residential Learning Community provides students with the opportunity for guaranteed admission to the nursing program, academic support, career exploration and integrated social experiences.
Applications for the Fall 2010 Pre-Nursing RLC will be available through the School of Nursing website starting in January 2010.
Students will be selected for this community based upon: overall GPA, SAT/ACT scores, two recommendation letters regarding academic performance, and an entrance interview.
