Total Student Learning Experience Workgroup
The Total Student Learning Experience Workgroup (TSLE) will engage the university community in conversations about its fundamental educational values and its aspirational goals with respect to the total student learning experience, that is, the educational experience that our students share in common regardless of their major.
This workgroup will identify those special attributes or features of the total student learning experience that Georgia College seeks to be known for, admired and valued.
Its work product will be a white paper consisting of a statement of fundamental educational values and a comparative analysis of potential aspirational goals for the total student learning experience with respect to factors such as
-
potential for gaining broad support within the university community
-
potential for capitalizing on existing strengths
-
potential for adding significant value to the total undergraduate learning experience
-
potential for external recognition as exemplary
-
potential for sustainability
