Graduation Application Deadlines
You should apply for graduation by the date given for the term in which you'll complete your degree requirements.
Fall 2012 - Monday, January 16, 2012
Spring 2013 –Friday, May 4, 2012
Students are strongly encouraged to submit graduation applications before the Spring 2012 semester ends on May 4. Those who do so are guaranteed to have feedback on their applications back from the Registrar’s Office before they begin their Fall courses. Students who do not turn their applications in before they leave for summer absolutely must submit their graduation applications to their department no later than Friday, August 24.
Summer 2013– Friday, August 24, 2012
Students will already be enrolled in Fall classes, and will receive feedback from the Registrar’s Office before they register for Spring and Summer.
Fall 2013 – Friday, January 24, 2013
Students will already be enrolled in Spring classes, and will receive feedback from the Registrar’s Office before they register for Summer and/or Fall; students not taking summer classes should consider applying by the August 24 deadline to ensure that they have two semesters to address any issues.
Spring 2014 – Friday, April 4, 2013
Students will already be completing Spring courses, will be registered in Summer and/or Fall classes, and will receive feedback from the Registrar’s Office before the Fall semester begins.
