Address and Phone Numbers may be changed by
downloading the
Student Information Form and mailing it
to the address notated on the bottom of the
form. You may also bring the form to the
Office of the Registrar, 107 Parks Hall.
You may enter the secure
PAWS site (available only if you are a
currently enrolled student.) Follow these
instructions:
- Enter
paws.gcsu.edu
- Enter the secure area by entering
your User Name and Pin Number
- Click on Personal Information
- Click on Update Addresses and Phones
- Click on Type of address to insert
(Mailing or Permanent)
- Read the instructions!
- Click Submit
Names may be changed by following these
steps:
- Complete the pertinent sections of
the
Student Information Form.
- Provide Legal Documentation
(Marriage License, Divorce Decree, court
order) or two forms of picture
identification, and
- Mail the form along with copies of
the above information to the address
notated on the bottom of the form or
bring the form to the Office of the
Registrar, 107 Parks Hall.
The confidentiality of your records may be
changed by following these steps:
- Completing the pertinent sections of
the
Student Information Form and
- Mailing the form to the address
notated on the bottom of the form or by
bringing it to the Office of the
Registrar, 107 Parks Hall.
