Mission:  To share different cultures and develop cross-cultural skills for living in the 21st century.

Located in the heart of main campus, Casa Mondo brings together students from both Georgia and all corners of the globe in their own unique community at GC. The mission of the community is to facilitate cross-cultural exchange and to challenge students to be global citizens at GC and beyond graduation. Through daily interactions with fellow residents and organized cultural programming, students learn first-hand about other cultures and world perspectives and have the opportunity to practice different languages, make friends from around the world, develop greater respect for diversity, increase their understanding of world issues, and cultivate important intercultural communication skills.

The Casa Mondo community is open to all majors and academic levels, freshmen to graduate. Casa Mondo is ideal for students planning to study abroad or for those looking to add an international focus to their GC degree or simply to broaden their life experience. Residents of Casa Mondo agree to share their living community with those from different cultural backgrounds and to be active participants in the community's various programs such as international dinners, discussions on global issues, and foreign film nights. Casa Mondo has traditionally fostered a close and supportive community, and past residents have often traveled abroad to visit their roommates in their home countries.
