Science Fun in the Sun!!

Georgia College hosts a number of free and/or affordable summer enrichment science and mathematics programs for grades 3-12 students. Our programs spark the imagination of youth through unique, engaging, inquiry-based  activities.


Science Camp

Georgia College & State University is pleased to offer an annual all-science academic camp. Each fun-filled week of science at Lake Laurel Biological Field Station will feature hands-on and outdoor activities presented by your camp counselors, Georgia College faculty, area scientists and local community members. In addition, campers will be assisted by some of the finest undergraduate students at Georgia College. 

Campers will study biology, chemistry, physics, space, and the environment. Swim time will be included each Thursday. Students must bring daily lunch and snacks will be provided.
