Director of Governmental Affairs

 

The Director of Governmental Affairs communicates with state and local governments to ensure that Georgia College is being represented well in all aspects. In this position, the Director of Governmental Affairs:

  • Stays in constant contact with governmental officials
  • Works with officials to create legislation that benefits both Georgia College and the University System of Georgia as a whole
  • Ensures that Georgia College is recognized as one of the preeminent universities in the state of Georgia
