Get the mail room to accept real cash as well as Bobcat Cash. It is nuts that I have to have money on my bobcat card just to buy a couple of stamps.

Unfortunately at this time, we are only going to accept the Bobcat Card. This was discussed in our divisional staff meeting before we made the change. We feel we are serving the students much better. It is a little bit of a hassle to put cash on the Bobcat Card but every student has a Bobcat Card and sometimes no cash. There is an option but we are not choosing to collect cash. There is simply not enough demand to warrant the paperwork that must be done to maintain proper controls. We are giving people the option to purchase stamps they just have to have cash on the Bobcat Card.
