Greek Awards
Greek Achiever Award
The Greek Achiever of the Year must have demonstrated a commitment to unity within the Greek community, while serving as an ambassador of the Greek community to the Georiga College community and Milledgeville community. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding involvement and achievement within the three tenets of Greek Life: Leadership, Scholarship, and Service to others, while furthering the goals of Greek Life and embodying the very best of what it means to be a Greek Man or Woman.
Greek Man of the Year
The Greek Man of the Year must have demonstrated a commitment to unity within the Greek community, Georiga College community and Milledgeville community. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding involvement and achievement within the three tenets of Greek Life: Leadership, Scholarship, and Service to others, while maintaining a well-balanced life.
Greek New Member of the Year
The Greek New Member of the Year must have affiliated during the current academic year and have already demonstrated a commitment to excellence within the Greek community, Georiga College community, and Milledgeville community. This award recognizes an individual who has already demonstrated outstanding involvement and achievement within the three tenets of Greek Life: Leadership, Scholarship, and Service to others, while maintaining a well-balanced life.
Greek Organization(s) of the Year
The Greek President's Cup is award to the fraternity or sorority who best exemplifies what it means to be a well-round organization. The categories include: campus involvement/leadership, scholarship, philanthropy, community service, Bobcat pride, intramural sports, and organization character.
Greek Scholar of the Year
Scholar of the Year must an individual who has demonstrated outstanding involvement and achievement within one of the key tenets of Greek Life, Scholarship.
Greek Woman of the Year
The Greek Woman of the Year must have demonstrated a commitment to unity within the Greek community, Georiga College community and Milledgeville community. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding involvement and achievement within the three tenets of Greek Life: Leadership, Scholarship, and Service to others, while maintaining a well-balanced life.
