Student Organizations
List of Student Organizations

Fall Semester registration takes place from the first day of classes until the Friday after Labor Day. Spring Semester registration takes place from the first day of classes until the Friday after Martin Luther King Day. Organizations cannot renew at any other time.
These groups will have access to the following:

- Use of university facilities and equipment
- Use of GCSU in their title
They will be required to:
- Solicit memberships on campus
- Register their group and classify them accordingly
- Participate in the Bobcat Marketplace (student organization fair)
- Fund raise on campus
Please contact the Department of Campus Life, (478) 445-4027, to make any changes or corrections to your organization's information.
These organizations provide out-of-class contact with faculty, staff, and students who share interests like yours. This can be very helpful as you pursue career options.
The following list provides you with the recognized student organizations: academic, civic engagement, diversity, fine arts, honors/professional, institutional, political, religious/spiritual and sports club. The listings that are not included are the Greek system and Student Media. For Greek Fraternities and Sororities, please visit Greek Life. Visit Student Media for information on radio, newspaper and television on campus.
