A Symposium Celebration of Spanish and Latin American Theatre and Culture presents Dr. Santiago Garcia-Castanon's "The Unanswered Questions of Life is a Dream" and other events.

Firehouse Productions from London joins us for master classes in social justice theatre.

Sister Helen Prejean author of Dead Man Walking presents at the Global Citizenship Symposium on Human Rights on February 9. Staged readings include Dr. Korczak and the Children about the Jew who sheltered Jewish and Catholic children in WWII and wrote the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights for Children and Alternative Methods by Patricia Davis which explores interrogation methods in Iraq.

Rennie Harris Puremovement, nationally acclaimed hip hop dance troupe, presents master classes and performances for the campus and community on March 8.

Washington Women in Theatre will be in residence with GCSU students to workshop a new play by Sidra Rausch entitled Stella Adler about the Jewish theatre theorist and actress.
