Foundations in language studies is the first step towards a B.A. in World Languages and Cultures. This is also referred to as Area F. A total of 18 credit hours is required to satisfy this area. Out of the 18 credit hours, 6 must be taken within the same primary language. A grade of C or better must be obtained in order for the credit hours to count towards the degree. (The Department of World Languages and Cultures reserves the right to change a class; a class description or to add additional class options to the roaster.)
