The MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) is designed to provide the easiest and most inexpensive way for universities to make the latest Microsoft software available in labs, classrooms, and on student PCs. MSDNAA is an annual membership program for departments that use technology in support of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) courses. The membership provides a complete, inexpensive solution to keep academic labs, faculty, and students on the leading edge of technology.
Software available is formatted for Windows Operating Systems. Most of the software available is provided as a disc image file (.iso). Based on your version of Windows, you may need additional software like Virtual CloneDrive, in order to mount .iso files and/or burn them to disc.
