The Georgia College Writing Center 

"The Writing Center supports writers throughout their Georgia College & State University academic experience by working with them at any stage of the writing process. Graduate and undergraduate tutors (also known as writing consultants provide GCSU students assistance with not only with the basics of formatting, punctuation, and grammar, but also with the development of ideas through an individualized collaborative learning process. The Writing Center serves to help each GCSU student cultivate their confidence and abilities as an academic writer." Along with assisting students across GCSU, the Writing Center plays a crucial role in MURACE research. Through four different appointment types-- poster pre-conference, oral pre-conference, abstract pre-conference, and post-conference-- the Writing Center works with MURACE students in all stages to help polish presentations and receive funding. The john e. sallstrom honors college

"Named for founding director Dr. John E. Sallstrom, the John E. Sallstrom Honors College is designed for intellectually talented and motivated students." The Honors College helps "students seek out intellectually rigorous and transformative experiences both in the classroom and beyond: experiences which will allow them to stretch their minds, craft unique records of accomplishment and achieve their longer term academic and professional goals." The Career center 

"The Career Center provides students opportunities to engage in career development activities during their time at GCSU so that they are prepared for internships as well as transitions to a career or to graduate / professional school. Throughout their four years at GCSU, students can access the Career Center through individualized appointments, career fairs, meet-ups and workshops, class and student organization presentations, campus interviews, and much more."
