Georgia College is part of a statewide consortium of institutions that support undergraduate research and creative endeavors across all disciplines: the Georgia Undergraduate Research Consortium. We want to make sure we have a strong showing of our excellent undergraduate research and creative projects. So, MURACE will cover registration fees for all GCSU students who attend the conference. Attendees will also be automatically accepted into GCSU Research Day on March 29th, 2023.
Please encourage your undergraduates to submit their research or creative work to the Georgia Undergraduate Research Conference (GURC). All disciplines and creative work welcome!
* GURC is now offering a Webinar Option:
Because gas prices continue to stay high and we have so many online students wishing to participate, organizers have added a webinar to the conference. * GURC will still offer a traditional, face-to-face option: Students who select the face-to-face option will have access to graduate school booths from all over Georgia, speaker, door prizes, and all conference events. Registration will be $50.00, which includes Friday night reception, Saturday breakfast and lunch.
* Both webinar and face-to-face students will be eligible for Best in Category Awards. Completed projects are due to VSU website by October 10th.
