KINS 6633. METHODS OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS II. (2-2-3)
Prerequisite: KINS 6603. This course is designed to enhance the student's knowledge and expertise in the areas of performance enhancement. The course will focus on the understanding, development, and application of coaching strategies as they pertain to specific areas of human performance. These will include a focus on the development and application of techniques used to enhance speed, agility and quickness training components of a training/conditioning program for athletes or the active/healthy populations.
