The purpose of this course is to enable a manager to communicate professionally with external parties (such as technical support) about any issues involving information systems and technology and to use
the information provided by information systems to make critical business decisions. Emphasis will be placed on the development of a successful business plan that includes the use of information to obtain and sustain a competitive advantage.
