BIOL 4160. MOLECULAR VIROLOGY. (3-0-3)
Prerequisites: BIOL 1108, BIOL 1107, and BIOL 2100. Course provides an overview of the structure and molecular biology of viruses (groups I-VII) and subviral particles known to exist. Major modes of infection of these viral and subviral agents in host organisms and the pathogenesis they cause in their hosts is surveyed.
