ENROLLMENT STATUS
A full-time undergraduate student is one who is enrolled in twelve or more Georgia College & State University at the end of the add/drop for a given semester. Undergraduate students who later drop below twelve credit hours will no longer be reported as full-time students from that date forward.
Undergraduate students who are enrolled in six or more semester credit hours, but less than twelve semester credit hours, will be reported as half-time students. Students enrolled in less than six hours will be reported as less than half-time students.
A student may be classified differently for financial aid, housing, or other University functions (such as athletic eligibility). Students who are considering dropping from full-time to below full-time during a semester are strongly encouraged to contact these offices before making this decision.
