IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
Georgia College & State University and The University System of Georgia require immunization documents from every newly admitted and readmitted student. Immunization forms will be sent to each student after admission, and should be returned to the Office of the Registrar, CBX 069, Milledgeville, GA 31061 for evaluation prior to enrollment.
