MUAP 1000. ELEMENTARY APPLIED STUDY. (0-1-1)
Prerequisite: Permission of department chairman. Applied lessons (see instrument list below). One one-hour lesson per week with 7 hours of practice per week as a minimum requirement. This course is designed for non-music majors and other students who are not yet performing at programmatic levels. Students learn technique and repertory which leads to admission to the regular Applied Study syllabus. This course is repeatable for credit.
