Dr. Hali Sofala-Jones

Learn More About Dr. Sofala-Jones

Dr. Sofala-Jones holds degrees from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and Georgia College, where she was a first-generation student in a program that served as a precursor to the Bridge Scholars Program. She has over a decade of experience teaching in the college classroom, including work with first-year students, first-generation students, and Bridge Scholars. When not working with the BSP, Dr. Sofala-Jones enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games, and traveling. She lives in Eatonton, GA with her husband and daughter and their adorable mutt, Tortuga and persistently jealous cat, Calypso.

Ansel is an alumni of the Bridge Scholars Program and Georgia College, where he graduated in 2020 with a degree in Art. He is in his first year of GC's MAT program.

Lynn is originally from Johnson City, NY and is a second year student at Georgia College. She is studying Management Information Systems at Georgia College. A fun fact about Lynn is that she has an eclectic taste in music and enjoys listening to all genres, from Death Metal to musical theatre.
