Afterschool Achievement works in partnership with Georgia College, our local Board of Education, and various community partners in Baldwin County.   The mission of the Office of Afterschool Achievement is to provide academic support, enrichment and learning opportunities in an afterschool setting to elementary, middle and high school youth.  The Program also aims to ensure that adult family members have access to programming that enhance their ability to support their students educational endeavors. There are two Programs within the Office of Afterschool Achievement-YES and High Achievers.

The YES Program, funded through the GaDOE Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers grants, exists to raise achievement and educational aspirations for students and their parents at Lakeview Academy and Oak Hill Middle School.

The High Achievers Program, funded by a grant from the Georgia Department of Human Resources, helps develop civically engaged youth with the ability and knowledge to be effective leaders.
