Event Services & Operations is dedicated to creating seamless, successful experiences across campus. As part of the Office of the President, our team coordinates and supports a wide range of services, including Production Services, Facility Reservations, Aquatics & Outdoor Event Operations, and Venue Prep & Event Operations. Through collaboration, planning, and operational excellence, we help bring events and activities to life while ensuring facilities and venues are prepared, functional, and welcoming for every guest and participant.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and strategic support that empowers meaningful events, fosters community engagement, and maximizes the impact of campus spaces and resources.
Service Areas
Facility Reservations
Facility Reservations helps secure campus spaces for meetings, receptions, rehearsals, noncredit courses, and other nonacademic events by providing venue information, reservation guidance, policies, and scheduling support.
Production Services
Production Services supports Georgia College & State University and the surrounding community with audio, video, lighting, event production, and technology solutions for non-classroom events.
Aquatics & Outdoor Events Operations
Aquatics & Outdoor Event Operations manages pool reservations, supports outdoor events, oversees recreational spaces, and promotes safety to ensure successful experiences for participants.
