From your favorite songs of today and decades past, from show tunes to GC's very own alma mater -- we're celebrating all things music in Milledgeville this year. Homecoming festivities kick-off on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022. From cheering on the Bobcats to announcing the Homecoming Court, there will be a lot of fun and exciting activities for all ages to participate in.

Taco Twos-day: 2-4 p.m. Front Campus
Take a break from class or from work to join the Office of the President and the Office of Student Life to enjoy some delicious tacos. While you are there, you can pick up your official Homecoming t-shirt.
Office Decorating Contest Judging Begins: 10 a.m.
Faculty and staff around campus are encouraged to showcase their school pride by decorating their door or entire office area for Homecoming in the theme of "Feeling ’22: Bobcats’ Version, A Celebration of Music." Each entry should consider the different eras of music throughout history. To participate, please fill out the signup form. The deadline to sign up is Friday, February 18 at 5 p.m.
Sailesh the Hypnotist: 7 p.m. Magnolia Ballroom
An experienced performer with more than 20 years under his belt, Sailesh, the Hypnotist has performed a staggering 5000+ shows at colleges, universities and clubs, many with repeated bookings. Dubbed “The World’s Best Hypnotist,” MTV Europe, his live show has been described as a cross between a concert and the best party ever! Sailesh makes audience members the stars of the show, taking the entire audience on a journey using hypnosis, improv, music and interactivity to create a whole lot of laughter and a ton of fun!

Homecoming Philanthropy - Free Little Pantry
Judging begins at 5 p.m. at The GIVE Center. The GIVE Center will be hosting a “Free Little Pantry” building competition between departments and student organizations. Participating organizations can create their own little pantry, and stock them with non-perishables to be placed in the community. This endeavor will help to fight food insecurity in the local community. Please visit our signup form if you would like to participate.

Join the Office of Health Promotion for a night of bingo, food, prizes and fun 7 p.m. at the Maxwell Student Union (downstairs by Einsteins).
Homecoming Parade: 3 p.m.
Join the GC community as we celebrate the different eras of music throughout history at the Homecoming Parade. Departments, Student Organizations, Athletics and community groups are invited to participate and show your school spirit. The deadline to sign up is Friday, February 18 at 5 p.m. More information can be found on the signup form.
Homecoming Concert featuring Flo Rida: 7:30 p.m. Centennial Center
Georgia College welcomes multi-platinum recording artist Flo Rida as our headliner for 2022’s Homecoming Concert. He will be joined by supporting acts Highway 49 and GC’s Battle of the Bands winner. This year’s concert will be held on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022. Tickets will be on sale to students beginning Monday, Jan. 31, 2022 at the Student Activities office located in the Student Activities Center. Tickets are $15 each. Faculty and staff tickets are $20 each, and will go on sale Feb. 14, 2022. Pending availability, students may purchase up to one additional ticket per person. No general public tickets will be sold. Alumni may purchase their tickets by visiting the Alumni webpage.
Donuts with the Dean: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. John Sallstrom Honors College, Humber-White House
The John E. Sallstrom Honors College will host “Donuts with the Dean” on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Humber-White House. Alumni are invited to drop in to tour the house and enjoy refreshments and games. In addition to donuts, we will have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and lemonade, as well as board games inside and corn hole on the front lawn. Children are welcome.
Tent City: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Centennial Center
Tent City is the official "Tailgating" event for the Homecoming Games and offers a place for everyone to gather in a convenient location. All Tent City participants must register in order to participate. The registration deadline is Friday, Feb 11. Tent City is an opportunity for current students, faculty, staff, and alumni to rent a tent or bring a small tent (max 10'x10') as part of the homecoming celebration. Groups may choose to grill or bring prepared foods to serve their guests. Tailgating activities may begin at 12 p.m. at the tent locations and must conclude by 4 p.m. Tent rentals range from $275 to $700, with sizes ranging from 15x15' to 30'x30', and all rentals will receive one or more tables plus chairs. Groups bringing a personal tent, not to exceed 10'x'10', will only be charged a $35 reservation fee.
Georgia College Basketball vs. Columbus St.: Women at 3:30 p.m. with Men at 5:30 p.m.
Come cheer on the Bobcats as they take on Columbus St. The Homecoming Court will be announced during halftime of both games, with crowning of the King, Queen, Duke and Duchess occurring at the end of the men’s game.
College of Business Alumni Homecoming Social
Friday February 25

Join fellow College of Business Alumni, Friends, Faculty and Staff during Homecoming 2022! The social will be held Friday, February 25 on the front porch of Atkinson Hall. Registration is $7 and includes heavy appetizers and two drink tickets.
2022 Homecoming Concert
Friday February 25
7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Join us for the annual Homecoming Concert on Friday, February 25, in the Centennial Center. This year's act will be announced at a later date. Each alum may purchase tickets* for themselves and one additional guest (2 tickets total). All guests must be 18+ and accompanied by the alumni who purchased the tickets at all times. Cost of each ticket is $10 and are only available to alumni, and may not be resold to students or other guests. *Due to having a limited number of tickets available, all tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets must be purchased and picked up by 5pm on February 25!
Alumni Homecoming Tailgate
Saturday February 26
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Join us for the Alumni Tailgate during Tent City on Saturday, February 26. The Alumni Tailgate begins at noon and will be located outside of the Centennial Center entrance. Cost is $5 and includes food and two drink tickets and tickets to the Men's and Women's Basketball games.
2022 Taste of Milledgeville

The Georgia College Young Alumni Council invites you to come and enjoy some of your Milledgeville favorites on Front Campus during Homecoming 2022! Registration is $15 for adults, $10 for children (ages 4-12) and includes samples from restaurants in attendance, two drink tickets and your chance to crown the 2022 Taste of Milledgeville Champion. Please check back for a list of participating restaurants!
