5:00 - 7 p.m. - Wine and Cheese with President Cox @ Donahoo Lounge
Parents, join the President's Cabinet for a wine and cheese reception in our recently renovated Donahoo Lounge before meeting back up with your student to enjoy an evening in Milledgeville.
6:30 - 8:30 PM Concert & Dinner on Front Campus
Join us on Front Campus for a cookout and a concert featuring The Soul Shine Band!
8 - 9:30 p.m. - Sailesh the Hypnotist @ A&S Auditorium
Dubbed "The World’s Best Hypnotist" by MTV Europe, his live show has been described as a cross between a concert and the best party ever! Sailesh makes audience members the stars of the show, taking the entire audience on a journey using hypnosis, improv, music, and interactivity to create a whole lot of laughter and a ton of fun!

A Magic Show lasts approximately 60-70 minutes and includes comedy, magic, and illusions. The show will feature audience participation, humorous illusions, and magical

10 a.m. – 4 p.m.- Tour the Old Governor’s Mansion
Tours begin on the hour. The last tour begins at 4 p.m. $10 for adults, $7 for pre-booked adult groups (10+ visitors), $7 for Senior Citizens, $2 for students, free to children under 6 and all GC faculty, staff, and students!
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.- Tour the new Andalusia Interpretive Center
Tours begin on the hour. The last tour begins at 4 p.m. $7 for adults, $6 for pre-booked adult groups (10+ visitors), $6 for Senior Citizens, $2 for students, and free to children under 6 and all GC faculty, staff, and students!
10 a.m. – Historic Trolley Tour
Hop aboard the town’s most iconic resident “Milly the Trolley” for a fully narrated tour of Milledgeville’s historic district! Featuring grand architecture, beautiful squares, and historic neighborhoods, the sixty-minute tour provides an overview of Milledgeville’s history during its sixty-eight-year period as Georgia's capital city. Trolley tours are hosted on Friday and Saturday at 10 am, depart from the Milledgeville Visitor Information Center, and are offered rain or shine. Tickets are $12 per person. Pre-purchased tickets are encouraged and may be arranged in person or by calling 478-452-4687. Please note, the trolley is ADA compliant but moderate mobility is recommended for those who wish to disembark at the statehouse square and St. Stephens Episcopal Church.
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.- Tour the Natural History Museum
Tour the Natural History Museum. The 2,500-square-foot museum is dedicated to paleontology- the study of fossils and ancient life forms. Many fossils displayed have been collected by GC professors and students.
7:30 p.m. - “These Shining Lives” by Melanie Marnich @ Russell Auditorium
These Shining Lives chronicles the strength and determination of women considered expendable in their day, exploring their true story and its continued resonance. Catherine and her friends are dying, it's true; but theirs is a story of survival in its most transcendent sense, as they refuse to allow the company that stole their health to kill their spirits - or endanger the lives of those who come after them.
