In addition to regular weekday and Saturday campus tours, Georgia College offers several organized visitation and/or open-house programs:

Transfer Information Session: Fast Fridays: April 16, 2021

Audience: Prospective transfer students
We are excited to host a virtual program designed specifically for our transfer students. Whether you are planning on applying to Georgia College or you’ve already been admitted and are planning to enroll, this program is for you! We will cover the application process and go over next steps.

Virtual Springfest 

Audience:  Admitted high school seniors in Fall 2021 entering class
Virtual Springfest is the perfect opportunity to get a jump on your life at Georgia College (and meet fellow future Bobcats). Everyone with the insider info you want - current students, faculty, admissions, housing and financial aid staff - is excited to share their experiences and answer your questions!

Virtual Honors Preview Day - 

Audience: Prospective high school seniors in Fall 2021 entering class
Honors Preview Day is a unique opportunity for talented students to experience the Honors College at Georgia College firsthand. At this program, students will be able to participate in classroom instructions, interact with current honors students, tour the honors residence hall and learn more about undergraduate research.

Virtual Diversity Preview Day - 

Audience: Prospective high school juniors and seniors
Virtual Diversity Preview Day is the perfect opportunity to envision your future at Georgia College! During this visit, we will introduce you to student organizations and services especially committed to supporting and representing a diverse student body. Discover why Georgia College has among the highest African American and Hispanic retention and graduation rates in the state!

Virtual President's Scholarship Competition – Closed

Audience: Prospective Freshmen in Fall 2021 entering class
This year, PSC will be held virtually, where students compete for more than $200,000 in undergraduate scholarships.  All applicants must submit their PSC Interest Form by Friday, October 30. Priority consideration is given to Early Action applicants.

Glimpse Weekend -  Postponed until further notice 

Audience:  Applied and Admitted minority students
This is an opportunity for students to learn first-hand about the minority student experience at Georgia College. It is open to high school seniors who have applied or been admitted to Georgia College for the Fall of 2020. Please visit the Glimpse Diversity Events links for more information and registration.

Fallfest - October 17, 2020

Audience:  Prospective high school seniors in Fall 2020 entering class
An exceptional opportunity for prospective students to discover the benefits of attending Georgia's public liberal arts university. Get a glimpse of what it will be like to be a GC student and have a chance to spend time with representatives from all major offices and departments on campus.
