The Council of Student Ambassadors application for the 2024-2025 academic year will open in Summer 2024.
Selection Criteria
CSA membership is highly selective. Service as an ambassador is recognized by faculty, staff, and students as a high honor to which students aspire.
Ambassadors will be selected using the following criteria and guidelines:
- Applicants must be a full-time regularly enrolled Georgia College student who expects to complete his or her degree at Georgia College.
- Applicants should have a minimum college GPA of 2.75. Members are expected to maintain a 2.75 GPA or higher throughout their time on the Council.
- Applicants should have polished speaking skills and be able to “think on their feet.”
- Applicants should have a professional, reliable, and motivated attitude.
Mandatory Dates
- September 1, 2023 – Application Due (11:59 p.m.)
- September 5, 2023 – Meet & Greet
- September 7 & 8, 2023 – Interviews
- September 13, 2023 – Induction Ceremony
- September 16, 2023 – Fallfest (Georgia College Fall Preview Day)
