Matt Davis serves as the Director of Historic Museums at Georgia College, where he also directs Georgia's Old Governor's Mansion and the Sallie Ellis Davis House. He is a native of Kinston, NC and received his education at Georgia College & State University. Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in History in 2002 and a Master of Arts in History with a concentration in Public History in 2004. Davis is an adjunct professor at Georgia College and Georgia Military College. In 2018, he was elected president of the Georgia Association of Museums and Galleries and was elected to the council for the Southeastern Museums Conference in 2019.   He also serves in a variety of capacities in museum professional organizations at the local, state, and national level. Davis has also served in various local organizations including as Chair of the Gray, Georgia  Historic Preservation Commission, Chair of the Milledgeville Museum Association, and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgia College Alumni Association Board of Directors. 

Meghan Anderson serves as the Curator of Andalusia. Meghan graduated from Boise State University with bachelors in history and obtained a masters in museum studies from the University of Oklahoma. She began her career at the Idaho State Historical Museum as a registrar intern and then as an exhibit assistant. Followed by a "sentence" as the interpretive specialist at the Old Idaho Penitentiary and State Historic Site. Meghan was the 2017 curatorial finalist for the Steele Internship at the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum. Meghan has had a hand in every part of the museum life but enjoys working within a collection as a registrar or curator the most.
