What Program interests you?

Elementary Education M.A.T.

The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Elementary Education is a five-semester program with a summer (June) start. The course load for fall and spring semesters supports candidates who may be employed full time in the classroom or in non-teaching positions.

Middle Grades Education M.A.T.

The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree with a major in Middle Grades Education offers concentrations in Mathematics and Science Education. This is a 100% online master's-level program (except for in-person field experiences).

Secondary Education M.A.T.

The Secondary Education M.A.T. program prepares students for certification to teach in grades 6-12 in the fields of biology, business education, chemistry, English, history, mathematics, physics and political science. Additional certification is available to teach grades P-12 in art, French and Spanish.

Special Education M.A.T.

Cohorts for the Special Education M.A.T. start each June and the program is 100% online. Candidates are not required to have clear, renewable certification.
