Georgia College has excellent residential facilities, which we are excited to share with our summer guests. University Housing can accommodate groups of just a few up to several hundred. The majority of our facilities are double rooms that are joined by a shared bathroom to form a suite. The Housing Summer Conference Staff is here to assist you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have either before you arrive or during your stay.
Rates for overnight housing accommodations summer 2020:
Single Room: $36.00 per person, per night + sales tax

Special Note Regarding Tax for Conference Groups:
Georgia College only charges Georgia State Sales Tax and Local Option Sales Tax which is currently 7 percent. We do not charge Hotel/Motel Excise Tax because we are a state agency. In order for a guest to be exempt from the state sales tax, two criteria must be met. First, the guest must pay with a check from his/her agency. Second, the guest must present a State Tax Exemption Certificate displaying the state tax exemption number. Note: Only credit cards that indicate a State of Georgia agency are tax exempt.
