TAO - Therapy Assistance Online

TAO is a self-help resources for students, faculty, and staff available anytime from anywhere. Students can try TAO's online library of engaging, interaction programs to learn life skills, mindfulness, and other wellness practices. Students can register for a free TAO account using their Bobcats e-mail.

Urise

Urise offers on-demand wellness programming including guided yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Students can access their free account with Uwill using their Bobcats e-mail.

Gatekeeper Trainings

The University System of Georgia offers free, online gatekeeper trainings for students, faculty, and staff. To sign up for one of these trainings, visit the USG Mental Health Trainings website.

QPR Suicide Prevention Training is an evidence based, nationally recognized training program that teaches participants to intervene with a person at-risk for suicide using a three-step process: Question, Persuade, Refer. The training is instructed live and takes approximately 90 minutes.

Adult Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches participants to respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorder. This training requires a two-hour asynchronous training followed by a six-hour live training online.
