Where is the Wellness Center?
The WRC is located on West Campus in the big glass building seen from the bus stop.
How do I get to the WRC?
Students can drive in their personal vehicle and park in the lot that matches their Bobcat Parking Pass or take the Georgia College shuttle!
Can I bring friends?
Guests, ages 18+, can purchase a 1-Day WRC Membership for $10. Valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required. Payment can be made online or in person using a credit or debit card. (No cash)
What can I do at the WRC?
Features of the WRC include an indoor track, group fitness studio, climbing wall, 2 basketball courts, 1 multipurpose court, and a fitness floor filled with different workout equipment and machines. The WRC also houses Student Health Services and Counseling Services.
Is there a dress code?
Well fitting athletic clothing and footwear are the best and safest option.

Is the equipment cleaned/disinfected?
Fitness equipment is cleaned by staff on a regular basis, however, the safest way to avoid germs is to wipe down fitness equipment before and after you use it. Disinfecting wipes and spray are conveniently located throughout the facility. Wipe down high-touch areas like handle bars, adjustments, seats, etc.. Avoid using wipes or spray on video/display screens.
Do I have to bring my own basketball to play with?
No! Students and Members may check-out a basketball, indoor soccer ball or volleyball by letting the staff at the Welcome Desk know. You must leave your Bobcat Card/ID in order to check out a ball.
